Workbooks & resources can be used in a variety of ways. These materials can be useful for patients, clients, loved ones, or all who are curious about bettering their mental, emotional, & relational health. Mental health professionals can utilize handouts in clinical settings to provide psychoeducation & facilitate therapeutic goals.*
Due to the immediate access of downloadable products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products for mistaken purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction. If there is an issue with your digital download, please contact Our Breathing Space within 3 days of purchase by clicking the button below as we are happy to further assist you! Subscription box memberships may be cancelled at any time, except in cases where a box has already been paid for & prepared by the Our Breathing Space team. Physical products like printed workbooks or affirmation cards are also not eligible for refund or exchange, with exceptions to receiving damaged or defective products. In this case, please contact Our Breathing Space within 7 days of shipping recipient date & we will review & replace your product. Workshops & retreats require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reserving your spot. Full service fees will be charged for workshop cancellations that are within 3 week of workshop. Retreats require a 6 week cancellation notice, otherwise full service fee will be charged.
